When Zuma opened around seven years ago, it was the "it" place where people saw and were seen. Today, tai-tais and expat parents with screaming children have replaced hipsters and the restaurant is struggling to stay relevant. The kitchen doesn't seem ever able to get the timing right. Order a three-course prix-fixe and everything arrives at once, or not at all! Sitting outdoors on the patio is a regrettable mistake because of the noisy, dusty construction site across the street. Their champagne brunch on weekends is fun and still very popular, but don't expect quality food at the buffet. It's interesting to see what will happen to Zuma when two new restaurants open up on the third floor of the Landmark where supermarket 360 used to be.
